I have been taking my daughter at Pengu Swim School in Katy for last one year. We have had a wonderful experience at the facility. My daughter is always excited to go to the school. The staff is good and the facility is well kept, clean and equipped with kids toys and books. There is ample sitting place for parents to watch their kids in action. The facility has many changing rooms and a decent ambiance. The instructors are very well trained and they take good care of kids. They are very flexible in accommodating schedules and their aim always has been kids friendly. There are always events and celebrations that always kids upbeat. Pengu is our family hang out place. We get to meet so many other parents and have formed our own small circle of friends. I would definitely recommend Pengu. Thanks, Pengu and team for a wonderful experience. ~ Abhishek S

We are extremely pleased with our experience at Pengu Cinco Ranch. Our son started taking swimming lessons for the first time this summer. This is a 5 star facility in every way. The managers Kiara and Fernando, are very involved and oversee every aspect of the operation personally. They are ready to serve with a smile and to make the parents and children welcome and taken care of. Our son's instructors Luna, Kylie and Charlie are amazing, they helped him overcome his fear, made him comfortable in the water and now he loves coming for the classes. The life guards especially Diana are very attentive. The entire staff is friendly and emphasis is placed on cleanliness and safety. We recommend Pengu. ~ Rashna V

We have been coming to pengu so many years for my three children and will continue to stay until my kids are done with advanced level. The facility is so clean and you can see entire swim pool so that you can watch your kids and all the instructors and their interactions with children. They are so flexible with your scheduling. As long as you notice 30 mins before the lesson, you can do a make up class. Their website is easy to schedule for absence and make ups. Front desk folks are very friendly and if any issue pops up and you address them with reasons, they will try to accommodate your needs. I strongly recommend pengu for your children's swim lessons. ~ Young R

We have been at Pengu for nearly five years. Both our children have learned everything they know because of the incredible instructors at Pengu. Our family is so appreciative of all the time, effort and patience Coach Hassan has put into both our kids. Our children are excited about their time at Pengu and thoroughly enjoy their time in the water! Coach Hassan has done a phenomenal job of instructing, encouraging and providing mentorship to both our children. We've been so happy with this swim centre for our two daughters. Our eldest started as a baby and both have now progressed to the intermediate classes. The instructors here have always been welcoming, caring, energetic, trustworthy and gentle mannered. They go out of their way to connect with their students and are patient and encouraging. We have never had a bad lesson and I am amazed with the technique that all the young swimmers are encouraged to develop. Would absolutely recommend this center to anyone! ~ Catherine W

This swim school seriously exceeds my expectations. Not only is the facility beautiful with a huge window to watch your child swim, but they also have plenty of changing rooms and blow dryers for the kids after swimming class. Every single swim instructor my son has had has been so great. Thank you Kevin, Jose, Kristen & Grace for making sure my son is always comfortable and happy. Our 3 year old son started his swim lessons at Pengu Cinco Ranch Summer Clinic. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with this facility, the management under Kiara and Fernando, the instructors, and the cleanliness. The instructors take efforts to make the child comfortable and ensure the child is having fun while learning to swim. The are also very flexible at accommodating as per parents' schedule. Anyone who is looking for a swimming academy for their children definitely consider taking them here to Pengu Swim in Cinco Ranch ! Absolutely the best swim academy I have been to, it’s been over two years now and I have definitely seen a big advancement in their swimming skills! The staff is amazing very welcoming and friendly! It's only my daughters 3rd swim class at Pengu and she really loves it she is 2 and in the Baby 2 class and they make it super fun with songs kids love and teaching them about swimming and swim safety at the same time. What I saw today really won my heart and really shows how all of the Staff and instructors really care about each and every student as their own. The owner/manager was walking a little girl to her class but she didn't want to leave her Mom and get in (she's in an older class so just instructor and students no parents) the owner manager stayed with her to make her comfortable showing her things doing bubbles with her and slowly got her to go in the water with the class. Then he quickly ran and changed and got in the water with them and stayed with her through the whole class not only did she stay in the water the whole class she was also having lots of fun and felt comfortable in the water :) I'm sure he had a thousand other things to do but instead took the time out to make that student feel comfortable. If you are thinking about joining don't think twice you will love it! ~ Devina D

Pengu swim in Cinco ranch is the utmost best swimming academy my kids have been apart of ! The staff is very nice, the instructors are very patient and great with the kids and they recognize their achievements throughout the year! Definitely consider this academy for your child you can do a free class before signing up! Don’t think it twice, sign them up, you and your child will love it ! ~ Juan S

We love Pengu! Facility is bright and clean and staffing is nice and warm! Our girl started the class since this spring and she really likes her Coach Jasmine! She is always full of energy and patient enough so we the parents can sit back and relax knowing kiddo is in good hand. Fernando is an excellent instructor who has been extremely accommodating for our schedule when other swim schools in the area would not budge with daytime weekday options. Pengu is the best place for kids to learn how to swim. My two oldest kids have mastered swimming here at Pengu and now my youngest goes here as well and they all enjoyed it. The instructors are always positive and instruct thoroughly as well as watching the students attentively. The bathroom and changing rooms are always clean. Swim lessons are the highlight of my 2 year old’s week! Archie absolutely loves Coach Jasmine! She is wonderful with the kiddos, is super patient, and gives each child individual attention. Pengu is the BEST!! I am a returning customer with my third little one. They have wonderful teachers and staff. Ana has been assisting my very anxious 2yr old and in just a few lessons has her comfortable in the water and she is having a wonderful time. Clean, professional facility. This swimming school is so good that we really like it. It provides us with the very nice facilities, including hair dryer, clothes dryer, lots of changing rooms, nice fish tank, toys, books, etc.. We especially like the facility managers, like Anna. She is always so helpful and beyond our expectations. We just love this place! ~ qin c
